A BIT ABOUT US
Rusty's h2o Service was founded in the spring of 2016. Rusty was formerly employed by LB Water Services for 10 years before making the decision to pursue his dream of owning his own company. Prior to working for LB Water Service, Rusty worked for local contractors installing water and sewer main lines. Throughout his career he was able to pick up on many specialty services and hands on repairs. Rusty looks forward to using his experiences and skills to serve customers in his community and surrounding areas.

What We Do
BACKFLOW INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND REPAIR
Backflow Prevention Devices prevent contaminated water from re-entering the water supply. Many water companies require that businesses have these devices installed and tested yearly. Rusty's h2o Service is able to handle any of you backflow prevention needs in order to keep you in compliance with your water company's regulations. ASSE certified.
CONTROL VALVE REBUILD AND SERVICE
Pressure reducing, control, altitude, and relief valves are all in need of preventative maintenance. Services offered are scheduled maintenance and inspection while valve is still in line. Valves should be rebuilt every 2 to 3 years while in operation. Whether it's a diaphragm valve or a piston valve, they all having moving parts that need replaced in order to keep the valve functioning properly.
HDPE FUSION SERVICE
Butt fusion and electrofusion services are provided up to 18 inches. On site or in house fabrication on water mains, sewer force main, air release headers, concrete bridge cooling manifolds, pumping station flange connections, and geothermal heating loops can be pre-welded and delivered to the site with minimal on-site welding.
FIRE HYDRANT REPAIR
Have a fire hydrant that won't open or leaks? Most of the time a fire hydrant can be fixed without excavation. Rusty's h2o Services can rebuild fire hydrants on site. New installation is also available.
STORM WATER STORAGE MODULE ASSEMBLY
Need extra man power to assemble underground storm water chambers? Call for a quote (priced per unit assembled).
SERVICE TAPS
Saddles or direct service line taps up to 2 inches. Large diameter taps coming soon.
CUSTOM DUCTILE IRON FITTING DIRECT TAPS
Have your ductile iron fittings drilled and tapped for special chem injectors, ball drips, or gauges where applications are necessary.
LARGE DIAMETER HOT TAPS
Hot taps consist of drilling the main without interfering with water shut down. We offer 6,8,10 and 12 inch on ductile, pvc, cast and asbestos pipe. We can also supply tapping sleeve and valve if needed.
